As a single person who tends to eat by herself, I understand the appeal of the quickfix, but it's really not good for you. I myself never got started on the fast food thing, but I'm sure I have other vices that could stand to be examined. I think one of the keys to changing your unwanted habits is to replace them with new, better habits.
